Sorshe Tilapia...(Tilapia in Mustard Sauce)
Total Time : 30-40 minutes

Ingredients:
- Tilapia Fish fillets - 8 pieces
- Turmeric Powder-1 tbspoon
- Mustard Powder Paste- 1 tbspoon
- Garlic Paste- 1 teaspoon
- oil[mustard/vegetable]-100grams
- Poppy Seed - 25 grams
- Green chilli- 8 Pieces(slitted)
- Coriander leaves- small amount (To Decorate)
- Salt to taste
- Wash fish-fillets properly and keep in a colander.
- Marinate fillets with half teaspoon of turmeric and half teaspoon of salt and keep aside.
- Grind poppy-seed, green chillis(4 pieces) with small amount of water to make a smooth paste.
- Heat 50 grams of oil in a skillate or frying pan.Fry the fillets on medium to high heat for 3 mins. Flip over the Fillets and fry for another 3 minutes.
- Take out the pieces and keep in a dish.
- In a bowl mix Mustard Paste,Garlic paste,Poppy Seed&Green Chilli Paste,Turmeric Powder with 1 cup water.
- Heat 50 grams oil in that fry pan/skillate then reduce heat and add the Paste(Refer to Step 6) slowly.Cook on high flame for 3 mins.
- Add 1cup water and salt(to taste) to it and cook for 2mins.
- Add fried fillets(Refer to Step 5) and slitted green chillis and cook for 5 mins on high flame.
- Add small amount of chopped coriander leaves and cover the pan with lid and rest for10 mins.
